Don’t be scared!
I’ve received some e-mails from people who are worried about coming to the Tumblr meetup because they’re scared of meeting other people.
Hey— it’s natural to feel intimidated about the idea of meeting people when you only know their online persona. I understand. But trust me— I know many of the lovely Los Angeles and Orange County people and they are awesome.
So come in with an open mind, don’t be scared (we don’t bite), and if you are really scared, find me. I’ll be the girl who looks like she’s 12. I’ll be drinking a Vodka and Tonic.
Andy and I want you guys to have an amazing time. We really hope to see you there.
